Channel Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst
Plays a critical role in leveraging data and technology to support the channel sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions.
Responsibilities- Participate in the annual channel sales planning process for the Americas region (partner segmentation, territory design, quota setting, account planning, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of channel sales growth strategies within partner verticals and territories
- Work with senior management to identify and prioritize key channel initiatives across partner types (distributors, resellers, MSPs, GSIs, TSDs)
- Provide support on cross-functional projects aimed at improving channel funnel growth and sales productivity
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct data analysis to support Channel Sales leadership and collaborate frequently with Partner Sales Managers
- Collect, validate and organize data to support channel-specific reporting and dashboard production
- Perform modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options and guide management decision‑making
- Execute global channel or cross‑department process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve/automate new and existing channel sales operations processes
- Work independently with other teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support) on system integration/upgrade projects
- Lead projects and implementation
- Support UAT for processes and systems at the regional level, and provide feedback and suggestions representing the channel sales organization
- Support the channel sales organization in Sales Operations related matters
- Investigate issue escalations
- Provide system training to Channel Sales Teams as required
- Ensure the smooth running of established channel sales processes
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Canada — Toronto: 81,000 – 121,000 CAD per year
- United States — Dallas Infomart: 90,000 – 136,000 USD per year
