Key Responsibilities:

• Support Enterprise customers with Account Manager teams

• Assist in quote fulfillment and reporting processes

• Stay current on technology trends and pricing programs

• Build relationships with sales and vendor teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service and sales

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
