Sales Development Executive

As the Sales Development Executive, you will have at least 5 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles, including 2 years in leadership. Your mission will be to develop a robust outbound strategy, recruit exceptional talent, and implement systems that ensure high conversion rates and productivity. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing will be key to your success in aligning efforts to maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• Ability to coach and motivate sales teams
