STRONG Pilates Yorkville is one of Toronto’s most dynamic boutique fitness studios, combining Pilates-inspired strength training with rowing and riding intervals into one powerful, full-body workout experience.

We’re currently looking for an energetic, outgoing, and people-focused team member to join our morning team.
Role OverviewAs a Sales & Member Experience Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces our members and intro clients see each day.
This role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and sales support — helping create a high-energy studio environment while guiding new clients toward becoming long-term members of the STRONG community.
You’ll play an key role in helping grow the studio through thoughtful follow-up, strong client relationships, and exceptional in-studio experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome members and clients into the studio
- Create a warm, energetic, and professional environment
- Support class check-ins and client onboarding
- Ensure first-time clients feel comfortable and supported
- Help maintain a clean, organized, premium studio environment
- Follow up with leads and intro clients via SMS, email, and phone
- Help convert intro offers into memberships
- Encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement
- Assist with membership recommendations and client questions
- Support referral campaigns and studio promotions
- Build genuine relationships with members and clients
- Help foster a motivating and welcoming studio culture
- Support community events and activations
- Work closely with instructors and studio leadership
- Represent the STRONG Yorkville brand with professionalism and positivity

- Comfortable speaking with new people and recommending memberships
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and hospitality

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, sales, or other customer-facing roles is highly valued.
Schedule- Part-time position
- 5 morning shifts per week (5:30AM or 6:30AM until 1:30PM)
- Morning availability required (5:30AM onwards)
- Some flexibility for occasional events or weekend coverage is a bonus
- Hourly rate starting at $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
