Drive strategic Lakebase growth with Databricks as a Director of Sales. Lead a regional team to modernize applications and enhance operational workloads while prioritizing AI solutions.
In this vital director role, you will manage a team of Sales Specialists to push the Databricks Lakebase business. Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to help clients simplify and modernize their application architectures. Your leadership will focus on cultivating a high-performing team and fulfilling complex enterprise-centric sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive quarterly and annual revenue growth targets for Lakebase
• Recruit and coach a skilled team of specialists
• Implement sales strategies targeting application developers
• Build relationships with regional IT leaders
• Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years in SaaS or cloud platform sales
• 3+ years managing high-performing sales teams
• Proven success in enterprise sales environments
• Strong knowledge of modern application architectures
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Lead Lakebase sales initiatives and engage with stakeholders to drive technology adoption across enterprise architectures.
