As a Group Sales Executive, you will act as the on-property liaison for group sales, handling inquiries and coordinating site inspections.
Your role will focus on achieving group revenue goals while implementing service strategies that enhance customer loyalty. You’ll leverage your sales experience to negotiate contracts and collaborate with the sales team to identify new catering opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries for group sales effectively
• Achieve revenue goals through proactive group engagement
• Conduct site inspections to close high-potential business
• Develop and manage group sales revenue budgets
• Implement marketing plans to enhance group sales
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 4 years in sales/marketing
• 2-year degree plus 2 years in related sales roles
• Experience with large group sales preferred
• Strong negotiating and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and conditions
Promote business and customer satisfaction while succeeding in group sales at Marriott International.
