As the Business Development Coordinator, you will manage sales department inquiries, book appointments, and assist with administrative tasks. Your friendly and professional approach will be key to ensuring excellent customer experiences. This position will require effective communication with both customers and management to resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer sales department calls within three rings
• Process customer inquiries via phone and email
• Schedule and follow up on sales appointments
• Update customer records accurately
• Communicate new appointments to relevant departments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to thrive under pressure
