As a Regional Sales Director, you will report to the Vice President of International Markets, overseeing sales execution across Canada. Key responsibilities include building distributor partnerships, analyzing market trends, and driving pricing consistency. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance market success and optimize inventory supply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own regional commercial strategy focused on sales growth
• Set targets and collaborate with distributors for sales plans
• Build and lead relationships with key distributors and importers
• Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities
• Support key account development through on-premise and off-premise
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in alcoholic beverage sales
• 5+ years in international sales managing Canada
• Strong analytical skills and experience in inventory management
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
