Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team

• Manage prospect qualification and engagement calls
• Provide timely sales forecasts and team performance analysis
• Implement effective lead management processes collaboratively
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in individual sales and team leadership
• Proven record in enterprise software sales
• Understanding of open source technology preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels
• Familiarity with a sales methodology is beneficial
