This role oversees Account Managers who build strategic partnerships with clients in the food, beverage, and ingredient industries. You’ll refine customer engagement and drive team success while ensuring alignment with Batory's core values.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and coach a high-performing sales team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Strong background in food, beverage, and ingredient industries
• Expertise in CRM and sales forecasting
• Proven track record in team development and coaching
