Become a Client Success Manager at WELLSTAR, focusing on improving healthcare practices through effective client engagement. This hybrid position requires two days in the Toronto office to foster strong relationships with physicians.
In this role with Doctor Care, you will expertly manage a diverse client portfolio and guide physicians on practice operations. Your aim is to enhance workflows and optimize patient enrolment and funding models, making a tangible impact on their operations and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships via exceptional customer service
• Educate clients on optimizing their medical practices
• Lead onboarding efforts with the Sales team for new clients
• Gather client feedback to drive innovation
• Collaborate with various teams for service improvement
Requirements:
• Years of experience in a client-facing role
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Eagerness to learn about healthcare systems
