Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Toronto, ON.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Professional will identify and qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and present AI-driven solutions that address client needs across sales, marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from clients, and support go-to-market initiatives.
The Sales Professional will also nurture long-term relationships, drive renewals and expansions, and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications- Robust B2B sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
- Ability to understand and explain AI, SaaS, CRM, and business automation solutions in clear, practical terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track activities, forecast revenue, and manage customer data.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver a consultative, value-based sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client challenges and align them with Atlasium 7/88 AI offerings.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving products and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous sales experience in SaaS, AI, or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
