Join Flight Centre as a full-time Travel Consultant in Toronto, ON, and thrive in a dynamic retail setting. Your sales skills will be key in converting inquiries into confirmed travel bookings.
This target-driven position requires you to meet KPIs while selling end-to-end travel solutions, including flights and tours. You'll guide clients through various booking processes while ensuring a fantastic customer experience. Balancing multiple communication methods, you will aim to build and maintain both new and repeat client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into bookings
• Achieve targets while earning commission on each sale
• Offer comprehensive travel solutions including cruises and insurance
• Manage diverse customer interactions across various platforms
• Utilize booking systems for upselling and follow-ups
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in travel sales
• Experience with Sabre GDS is advantageous
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Completing bookings accurately with multiple systems
