In this role, you will collaborate closely with District Managers and Sales Representatives, ensuring sales goals align with strategic objectives. Your leadership will enhance client satisfaction and revenues across national accounts, focusing on existing installations, modernization, and new projects. A keen ability to negotiate and analyze sales performance is vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales negotiations and develop proposals for key accounts
• Review sales performance and propose corrective actions
• Monitor KPIs for optimal sales and contract performance
• Build long-lasting relationships with National Accounts
• Coordinate customer communications and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Post Secondary Degree required
• 3–5 years in elevator or related sales experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to present and solve problems effectively
