Join Softchoice as a Sales Engagement Manager to drive the effectiveness of our sales teams through targeted training and enablement initiatives. This position offers a strategic view on sales performance and operations.
As the Sales Engagement Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales Enablement and work closely with various sales channels.
Your role will focus on co-designing programs that amplify sales productivity and facilitate alignment between sales operations and marketing. A key objective is to ensure that sales teams are empowered with the resources they need for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-create targeted sales enablement programs
• Ensure necessary training paths for sellers are available
• Implement effective go-to-market strategies for sales
• Provide feedback on sales programs and campaigns
• Track sales metrics to inform future initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in sales enablement or related fields
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and technologies
• Skilled in adult learning principles and feedback evaluations
• Experience in change management practices
• Involvement in industry-related communities preferred
