You'll engage proactively with grain producers, negotiate contracts, and support the overall success of our operations in the agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with grain producers

• Originate grain through territory development

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

• Monitor commodity markets and identify trends

• Coordinate logistics with internal teams and partners
Requirements:

• Experience in grain buying or related agriculture roles

• Understanding of prairie agriculture and grain markets

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
