Your organizational prowess will shine as you facilitate smooth order execution and manage cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in order processing and follow-up
• Communicate effectively with customers for smooth execution
• Coordinate logistics, shipments, and deliveries
• Assist in project tracking across departments
• Maintain accurate documentation in Excel and Salesforce
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel expertise
• Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting
