Job Overview
Deliver excellence in customer service as a Parts Sales Specialist with Voyageur Aviation Corp. This hybrid/remote role in North Bay, Ontario focuses on aviation parts sales and client management. In this position, you will report to the Manager of Parts Sales and play a vital role in processing orders and maintaining customer relationships.
Your expertise will help address inquiries, sell parts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to manage inventory. Achieving success in this role will require a deep understanding of aviation parts and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase orders and ship aviation parts
- Address customer inquiries regarding parts and accessories
- Identify potential clients and maintain existing relationships
- Research client needs to propose relevant solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory effectively
- 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- High School Diploma; further education is an asset
- Solid communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of aircraft and aviation parts essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
