As Venn continues its rapid expansion, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Director with a strong sales leadership background. You will own the entire sales enablement process, from onboarding to ongoing coaching. Collaborate directly with co-founders while managing a dynamic sales engine to meet ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and scale Account Executives and BDR teams
• Oversee sales enablement processes and tools
• Conduct weekly deal reviews and sales forecasts
• Build and refine GTM strategies for BDRs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years in B2B sales with leadership experience
• Proven record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience in designing GTM strategies
• Strong skills in sales process management
• Ability to leverage AI for sales enhancement
