Join CIBC as a Client-Focused Relationship Manager, where you build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and deliver best-in-class service. Utilize your strong market knowledge to guide client trading decisions.
In this senior role, you will engage in sales and relationship management, ensuring clients feel valued and informed. Your responsibilities will include educating clients about trading policies and handling their inquiry requests with precision and care. Demonstrating your ownership mindset, you'll maintain critical CRM records related to all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with high-net-worth investing clients
• Educate clients on trading policies and market knowledge
• Execute trade requests accurately under CIRO regulations
• Address client inquiries and ensure positive experiences
• Maintain CRM records and handle transactions without errors
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in sales and relationship management
• Current Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. stock markets
• Strong relationship-management and ownership skills
• Fluency in English;
Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
