Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching for partners
• Develop training materials that enhance partner capabilities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Conduct regular site visits for performance evaluation
• Reinforce compliance with Wireless DNA and RCI standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Canadian Telecom
• Proven expertise in sales enablement and partner management
• Strong knowledge of wireless products and dealer systems
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
