Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will act as the analytical and operational backbone of the Canadian go-to-market function. You will support the team by forecasting metrics, deploying quota aligned with business goals, and maintaining internal systems to drive growth for our small‑business community.

• Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and Tableau dashboards that power regional reporting on partner performance and pipeline health.
• Drive adoption of modern GTM technology and AI tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Gong, to maximise regional efficiency.
• Design and execute territory models and quota deployments that align with budget and business objectives.
• Lead the core sales rhythm through weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.

• Extensive experience in sales or revenue operations, preferably within a SaaS or subscription‑based environment.
• Strong SQL skills allowing you to build and maintain reliable data models.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools, and ability to create dashboards understood by non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including data quality management and CRM administration.
• A high degree of ownership, driving projects to completion independently.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for sales leadership and cross‑functional partners.

The expected base salary for this role is $66,000 to $116,000 CAD, with compensation influenced by geography, level of experience, and specific skills.
