• Oversee event planning and coordination from A to Z
• Conduct client site inspections to determine needs
• Create and finalize proposals and contracts
• Organize catering, décor, and technical services

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in event management or planning
• Background in hospitality sales preferred
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• Bilingual English/French is beneficial
