In this pivotal role, you will build rapport with prospective and existing members to create a robust referral base. Your responsibilities include strategic outreach and hosting engaging events that drive lead generation. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a supportive sales team and management, emphasizing your entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales for club memberships and additional services
• Host workshops and events for member engagement
• Exceed sales and renewal targets consistently
• Plan outreach strategies monthly for successful referrals
• Develop lasting relationships with club members
Requirements:
• Strong record of sales success
• Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Energetic and friendly approach with clients
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
