Bilingual Sales Representative

Location: North York

We’re looking for a high-energy, goal driven Sales Representative to serve as a first point of contact for potential clients. In this position, you’ll receive a list of leads each day and focus on making high-volume outbound calls to introduce our financing solutions, educate prospects about our services, and guide them through the onboarding process by helping them complete their application.

Key Responsibilities

Make 180+ outbound calls per day to assigned leads, plus targeted follow-up emails.

Educate prospects about our financing services, benefits, and application process.

Qualify prospects and collect required information to start their applications.

Overcome objections and build interest through persuasive communication.

Maintain accurate call notes and track all activity in the CRM.

Respond promptly to any inbound inquiries from assigned prospects.

Collaborate with underwriting and account managers to ensure a smooth handoff once applications are submitted.

Stay informed on current financing products, industry trends, and company promotions.

Key Qualifications

Previous phone-based sales or call center experience preferred.

Comfortable and confident making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.

Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient.

Organized with excellent follow-through.

Basic understanding of loans, financing, or related products is an asset.

Fluency in French and English (spoken, reading, and writing) is required.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission for each successfully onboarded client.
