In this full-time position, you will manage a high-performing sales development team dedicated to cultivating qualified leads for Account Executives. Collaborating with Regional Sales Directors, you will create and streamline effective demand generation strategies while monitoring team performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall sales development strategy and execution
• Collaborate on regional demand generation initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new sales associates

Requirements:
• Over 2 years experience managing sales development teams
