Responsibilities
- Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns
- Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels
- Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria
- Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
- Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows
- Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion
- Share insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and messaging performance
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline contribution targets
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound
- Experience using CRM and outreach platforms such as Hub Spot, Apollo, Smart Lead, 11x, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume lead engagement in a structured environment
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Good understanding of lead qualification and handoff processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
