Sales Manager for Municipal Equipment Ontario

Enhance market share as a Sales Manager focused on municipal equipment within Ontario. Drive all sales activities and develop strong municipal client relationships.

In this role as Sales Manager, you'll oversee the complete sales cycle for municipal equipment throughout key regions including Dufferin and York. This position demands a results-driven individual with at least 5 years of outside sales experience. You will develop strong municipal customer ties, provide tailored solutions, and deliver product training while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales activities to achieve company growth objectives

• Maintain and enhance relationships with municipal accounts

• Effectively demonstrate and sell municipal equipment

• Collaborate with internal teams for post-sale support

• Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business or related field

• 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in heavy equipment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to travel frequently within Canada and the US

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach
