Elevate your career with Club Coffee as a National Business Development Manager in Toronto. Drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and executing strategic plans. This on‑site role focuses on achieving sales targets and expanding existing accounts while developing current business initiatives.
You will manage critical relationships with Regional Account customers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive profit margins. Your expertise in food service and vending channels will be key for success in this pivotal position.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with existing customers to grow profits
- Develop Joint Business Plans for key clients
- Acquire new clients to expand business volume
- Track new business opportunities weekly
- Conduct business reviews and performance sessions
- 2–3 years sales experience in food service or vending
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Private Label and Co‑Manufacturing sales
- Knowledge of the coffee market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
