You're expected to convert inquiries into camp and program registrations while maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Strong communication skills are essential to understand and recommend the best sports programs for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume calls and follow-ups to drive enrollment

• Proactively generate leads and manage a sales pipeline

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians

• Present program offerings confidently to close deals

• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish for support

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in inside sales or customer acquisition

• Goal-oriented, motivated by performance metrics

• Experience with CRM systems for tracking interactions

• Strong interpersonal skills, especially with youth

• Self-starter able to work independently
