Join Jobber as a Strategic Key Account Manager and support small businesses in a hybrid employment model. Focus on driving client success and expanding their use of Jobber’s innovative solutions. In this agile role, you will build and manage partnerships with approximately 300 high-value accounts within the Sales department.
Your efforts will center on client retention, on expanding GPV, and fostering upsell strategies. You will be a trusted advisor, utilizing your expertise to help clients achieve their specific business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage strategic accounts and drive client retention
- Increase GPV and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain consultative, long-term client relationships
- Conduct business reviews and strategic guidance sessions
- Collaborate across teams for seamless customer support
- Demonstrated experience in account management or B2B sales
- Success in achieving revenue and retention benchmarks
- Proficiency in communication and problem-solving
- Client-centered approach with consultative techniques
- Understanding of Jobber’s product suite
