Lactalis is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of large, complex customers. With 5-10 years of relevant experience, you will manage sales of dairy ingredients while developing new business opportunities. The position necessitates excellent negotiation skills and the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs, ensuring quality service and collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales of dairy ingredients to existing customers
• Develop business strategies for new ingredient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
• Resolve service issues related to quality and delivery
• Promote product lines at trade events and engage customers
Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science or Business
• 5-10 years in account management, ideally in dairy
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Bilingual with knowledge of Canadian milk systems
