Sales and Clinical Support Manager

In this critical role reporting to a Regional Business Manager, you’ll focus on managing relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field, including physicians and clinical staff. Your responsibilities will involve identifying unmet needs, developing strategic growth plans, and utilizing CRM tools to track sales opportunities effectively. You are also expected to represent your products at trade shows and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage stakeholder relationships within accounts
• Conduct thorough account reviews and assessments
• Handle CRM pipeline and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science
• At least 5 years of experience in medical sales
• Strong knowledge of medical device industry
• Proven track record in customer-centric sales
• Ability to provide product training and demonstrations
