In this role reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for the strategic management of significant national accounts. Your expertise will be vital in negotiating complex agreements and understanding distributor networks throughout Canada. Contribute significantly to Solina's market growth by delivering tailored solutions aligned with customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement strategic account development plans
• Drive new business initiatives in food service markets
• Manage national relationships with customers and GPOs
• Ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-7 years in food service manufacturing experience
• Proven ability to manage national key accounts
• Strong negotiation skills with complex agreements
• Bilingual in English and French
• Requires valid driver's license and travel availability
