Strategic Account Manager

Position: Strategic Account Manager Role at INNERGY
Lead customer success initiatives at INNERGY by becoming their Strategic Account Manager. Your expertise in relationship management will foster growth and enhance product utilization—all from a remote-friendly environment.
In this position, the Strategic Account Manager focuses on optimizing customer relationships while growing a portfolio of existing accounts. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align INNERGY’s solutions to client needs, further positioning the company as a trusted partner.

Your role will involve strategic planning for customer accounts, management of renewals, and insightful reporting to enhance retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and foster growth

• Identify upselling and additional service enhancement opportunities

• Create tailored strategic account plans for clients

• Execute contract management and renewal processes

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to bolster client engagement
Requirements:

• At least 3 years in account management or SaaS sales

• French language skills are advantageous

• Track record of meeting sales quotas

• Familiarity with both technical workflows and CRM tools

• Knowledge of the woodworking or manufacturing industry is a plus
