Sales Channels: Door-to-Door Field Sales + Phone Sales
About the RoleAs a Device Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle within your city territory. You will prospect aesthetics clinics and medspas door-to-door, follow up and close deals over the phone, and build lasting relationships with clinic owners, managers, and practitioners. This is a high-activity, high-reward role that combines field hustle with consultative selling — ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves technology, and is motivated by uncapped earnings.
Key Responsibilities Field Sales — Door-to-Door- Identify, visit, and engage aesthetics clinics, medspas, dermatology offices, and wellness centres within your assigned city territory
- Generate warm leads through consistent in-person prospecting and cold walks
- Conduct on-site product presentations and device demonstrations to clinic owners and decision-makers
- Map your territory, identify whitespace, and methodically grow market penetration
- Manage high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls daily
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, objection handling, and deal closing over the phone
- Follow up on all field leads with timely and professional phone and email communication
- Convert warm leads from demos and clinic visits into signed orders
- Own your sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal
- Log all activity, opportunities, and client notes in the CRM system accurately and consistently
- Maintain a pipeline at minimum 3x monthly quota at all times
- Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates to sales management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clinic owners and aesthetic practitioners
- Become a valued advisor on device selection, ROI, and clinic revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support clients through post-sale onboarding and connect them with training resources
- Report competitor activity, pricing trends, and client feedback to the sales leadership team
- Stay current on aesthetics industry trends, new device categories, and treatment innovations
- Represent Incredible Devices professionally at local industry events and trade shows when applicable
- CO₂ Fractional Lasers — Skin resurfacing and rejuvenation systems
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Systems — Hair removal, pigmentation, and vascular treatment platforms
- Hydra Facial & Hydradermabrasion Devices — Cleansing, extraction, and hydration systems
- RF (Radio frequency) & HIFU Devices — Non-invasive skin tightening and body contouring
- Diode & Nd:
YAG Lasers — Laser hair removal and pigmented lesion platforms - Cryolipolysis & Body Sculpting Devices — Non-surgical fat reduction technology
- LED & Light Therapy Systems — Clinical-grade photobiomodulation panels
- Microneedling Platforms — Collagen induction therapy systems
Full product training and manufacturer certifications are provided.
What We are Looking For Essential Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven ability to close — aesthetics devices, medical devices, healthcare, or technology sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets over multiple years
- Comfortable and confident with high-volume door-to-door prospecting in a field sales environment
- Strong telephone sales skills — ability to open, build rapport, present value, handle objections, and close over a call
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for daily territory coverage
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule, territory, and pipeline independently
- Proficiency with a CRM system (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of the six target cities
- Prior experience selling aesthetics or medical devices (lasers, IPL, RF, body contouring, etc.)
- Existing relationships with aesthetics clinics, medspas, or dermatology practices in your city
