Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospects, maintaining records in CRM

• Support campaign executions and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in contact center sales
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Demonstrated high-volume outreach abilities
• Proficient in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
