In this pivotal role, you will manage multiple sales opportunities and collaborate with diverse teams including Account Executives and Customer Support. Key Responsibilities:
• Meet revenue targets through upselling existing customers
• Manage inbound sales leads effectively
• Conduct proactive prospecting to generate pipeline
• Provide quotes and product information to clients
• Utilize tools to build customer relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in sales or lead generation
• HCM software knowledge preferred
• Proven sales promotion track record
• Strong communication and organizational skills
