As a vital member of our team, you will drive the acquisition of new clients while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.

Your role includes conducting property assessments, preparing service proposals, and presenting contract agreements. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure top-notch client service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business opportunities and build relationships across Toronto

• Conduct property assessments and client consultations

• Prepare and negotiate service proposals and agreements

• Maintain a successful sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or account management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Self-driven and results-oriented

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel throughout the GTA
