In this vibrant role, you will engage with students, faculty, and external clients at Hart House, acting as a primary liaison. The coordinator’s responsibilities include managing bookings, generating sales leads, and fostering client relationships while maintaining a professional demeanor in a dynamic setting. You will ensure smooth logistics for high-profile events and maintain a detailed schedule for programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary contact for general inquiries
• Confirm bookings and manage program schedules
• Generate sales leads through client outreach
• Build and maintain a network of external contacts
• Analyze client needs and recommend event logistics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least three years in sales coordination and customer service
• Proficient with CRM systems, like Salesforce
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
