As an Inbound Sales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, and website. Your role is to qualify leads, provide product guidance, and book showroom visits or close sales directly. If you’re an excellent communicator who thrives in a high-touch, client-first environment, this role is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities- Qualify inbound leads coming through phone, email, and website.
- Provide product guidance to potential customers.
- Book showroom visits and coordinate the sales process.
- Close sales directly when appropriate.
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales environments, particularly in furniture or luxury retail (preferred).
- Proficiency in handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends.
