In this essential inside sales role, you will focus on revenue growth through effective lead qualification and customer engagement. Collaborate with both Marketing and Channel teams to develop impactful campaigns while providing critical insights to field teams for follow-ups. Your proactive strategies will ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage leads from initial contact to successful completion
• Expand product usage within monitored accounts
• Provide timely product updates and information to clients
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns
• Maintain CRM for accurate tracking and reporting
Requirements:
• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Genetics related field
• Experience in inside sales to research customers
• Knowledge of DNA sequencing applications
• Proficient with CRM tools like Hub Spot
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
