We are currently seeking a motivated, proactive, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in face-to-face communication, enjoys working in the field, and is capable of independently generating new business opportunities.
This is an outdoor, field-based sales role. The successful candidate will be expected to actively prospect and develop their own leads, build client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and help drive revenue growth in the GTA market. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable approaching potential customers directly and creating sales opportunities through their own effort and initiative.
This is not a desk-based sales role. We are looking for someone who can go out, create opportunities, and bring in business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new customers through field-based sales activities
- Independently generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach, site visits, and in-person client engagement
- Meet with homeowners, property managers, and potential clients on-site
- Present company services and clearly explain project scope and value
- Follow up on prospects, nurture opportunities, and close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Work closely with internal team members to support project handoff and execution
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Experience in roofing, construction, exteriors, restoration, or related industries is a strong asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with self-prospecting and lead generation
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the GTA
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred
- English proficiency required; additional language skills are an asset
- Base salary + commission + performance-based bonuses
