This full-time role is designed for those with robust outside sales experience who can deliver training, support, and expertise to JCB dealers. You will coordinate product demonstrations, engage in sales initiatives, and act as the expert liaison for construction equipment queries. Success in this position hinges on your ability to foster relationships with both dealers and end-users, ensuring they receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales initiatives in partnership with dealers and managers

• Conduct individualized equipment demonstrations

• Facilitate dealer open houses and events for end-user interactions

• Create impactful product literature for training and sales support

• Conduct dealer training workshops on product features

Requirements:

• 4+ years of outside sales experience required

• Degree in Business or equivalent experience

• Deep knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment

• Proficiency in presentations and client communications

• Ability to manage travel demands up to 90%
