As a BDR at Ribbon, you'll engage with enterprise accounts, emphasizing strategic outreach and engaging stakeholders. You don't need traditional experience; instead, we seek driven individuals filled with energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn sales techniques. This role is ideal for those ready to face challenges and make a significant impact in a growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting to key enterprise accounts
• Build multi-touch outbound sequences via various channels
• Research accounts to identify business priorities and pain points
• Engage key stakeholders to book qualified demos for Account Executives
• Track and refine outbound approaches based on market feedback
Requirements:
• No prior BDR experience necessary
• High energy and confidence in outreach
• Strong communication skills, concise and persuasive
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach independently
• Resilient and optimistic, thriving in startup environments
