Inside Sales Facilitator Waterworks

Drive sales opportunities with Canada Waterworks as an Inside Sales Facilitator. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage orders and communications effectively.

In this position, you will oversee customer order processing and quotation requests, supporting our outside sales team. You will be involved in prospecting new sales via phone and email, while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely shipments and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sales through project management and support

• Prospect for new sales opportunities via calls and emails

• Maintain inventory and monitor for proper turns

• Serve in-store customers at the sales counter

Requirements:

• 2-5 years inside sales experience required

• Experience with inventory sales preferred

• Associate degree desired

• Strong computer skills necessary

• Forklift certification is a plus
