You will drive business development efforts in the Toronto region, reporting to the Director of Sales. Your entrepreneurial mindset will support the hotels' objectives to grow market share and revenue through innovative sales strategies. This includes engaging with clients and conducting market analysis to maximize opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for group business
• Research and pursue new market opportunities
• Maintain a strong pipeline through networking and exhibitions
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients
• Analyze competitive activity to enhance market presence
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of hotel sales experience
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Opera and Microsoft Office
• Results-oriented and self-starter attitude
