Key Account Manager

Our client is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company building a category-leading brand across North America. Known for innovative better-for-you products and strong retail momentum, the company continues to expand rapidly across grocery, convenience, and mass retail channels.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team! You’ll manage and grow key retail and distributor accounts while driving sales growth, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.

• Manage and grow retail and distributor accounts across grocery and convenience channels
• Drive new business opportunities, promotional programs, and distribution expansion
• Own trade spend management, pricing discussions, and account profitability
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams

• 3+ years of account management or sales experience within the CPG industry
• Strong understanding of grocery, convenience, and retail account management
• Experience managing trade spend, customer profitability, and retailer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or a related field, or equivalent senior-level sales and management experience

• Experience in natural, wellness, or better-for-you consumer brands
• Existing relationships with major Canadian retailers or distributors
