As a vital member of the Canadian Sales team, you will oversee contract sales and acquire new accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in contract and hospitality carpet sales. Strong communication and strategic relationship skills are essential to thrive in this role and adapt to the local Dealer and A&D industry demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
• Collaborate with sales associates for team success
• Develop sales strategies for A&D, End User, and Dealer accounts
• Strengthen relationships within assigned accounts
• Identify and manage winnable projects and uphold a sales pipeline
Requirements:
• Reside in the Toronto market area
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry sales experience
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
