This role is for proactive individuals who are comfortable engaging strangers in conversation. A background in sales or customer service will help, but it isn't a requirement. You will operate primarily at gas stations within your territory, sharing information about Canadian Tire Financial Products with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate conversations with customers about services offered
• Travel frequently across the designated sales territory
• Complete paid training before beginning your first shift
• Receive ongoing support and coaching from the team
• Use feedback to improve your approach continuously
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Self-motivated personality, ready to learn
• Ability to communicate comfortably with strangers
• Reliable vehicle access preferred
• Must be available for flexible working hours
